Troubleshooting common installation issues

If you lose your phone, you can sign in from another device and change your password immediately; your old session will be logged out automatically.
Your account on semut4d is yours alone
Never share your login credentials or one-time verification codes with anyone, including our support team. We will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Push notifications and account alerts
We send push notifications for live-match updates, settlement confirmations, and withdrawal status changes. You control which notifications you receive by opening the app, going to Settings, and toggling each alert type on or off. Notifications are sent only to your registered device; if you uninstall the app, notifications stop automatically. If you reinstall semut4d later, you'll need to re-enable notifications in Settings.
